This is a blog about cakes, and how I make them. I'm aiming to fill out these pages with cakes I've made, what went wrong and what went right. Instructions and photos will be included, for anyone who wants to have a go :) At the end of each post I'll sum up in a single word each particular cake-making experience, and I'll put a difficulty rating at the beginning of each post. Also I'll update randomly, considering vast amounts of time may go by, or none at all, between cake-making stints.
